Solution

Replace fossil fuel engines in utility electrical power plants with MegaTorq Hydrogen Engines and generate electricity to meet current needs plus recharge batteries of millions of electric vehicles. Burning hydrogen produces water but ZERO CO₂. There are 8,000 electrical power plants with 27,000 generators in the USA that need clean engines. If electric companies budget an average of $10 million for each new clean engine; that is a $270 BILLION market.

Clean Air and Clean Water

Previously Unsolved Problems

Others have tried to develop rotary engines but most have not solved the same fundamental problems: insufficient separation between adjacent chambers (Intake, compression, combustion, and exhaust), insufficient seals between functional chambers and the sidewalls and ineffective transfer of torque from vanes to the hub.

MegaTorq Solutions to 5 Historical Issues

We solved all historical issues.

MegaTorq Hydrogen Engines, Inc.: MegaTorq Hydrogen Engines, Inc. is a Florida C corporation authorized to sell 270 Billion shares for the $270 billion market.

Prototype Development

Conceptual design is complete. Manufacturing CAD/CAM files will be completed by our Chief Development Officer at our facility in Florida with consultations with our subcontractor Morey Machining and Manufacturing, our primary subcontractor for Prototylpe 1. Paragon Machine Company of Lehigh Acres, Florida will be our main subcontractor for Prototype 2.

Our Chief Development Officer has extensive experience in design with SolidWorks 3D CAD design systems, development, rapid prototyping processes and prototype builds and full production. We will provide Manufacturing CAD/CAM files to the two machine shops.

Morey Machining and Manufacturing and Paragon both have modern CNC systems and will build parts to the Manufacturing CAD/CAM files. We will assemble the parts and conduct internal tests by MegaTorq, Morey Machining and Manufacturing and Paragon using bottled hydrogen. If modifications are needed, we will revise the CAD/CAM files, fabricate modified parts, re-assemble the prototype and re-test.

When prototype tests are satisfactory, we will send our prototypes to Intertek Automotive* in San Antonio, Texas for “Third Party Tests”. Intertek has more than 1,000 laboratories and offices and has over 46,000 employees worldwide.

Intertek is a leading Total Quality Assurance provider to industries worldwide. Our network of more than 1,000 laboratories and offices and over 46,000 people in more than 100 countries, delivers innovative Quality Assurance, Testing, Inspection and Certification.” Copied from: www.Intertek.com.

Seed Needed: We seek $1,580,000 to complete 2 prototypes

With the concept proven with the prototypes, we will register our stock with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) and offer stock for sale under the CF Regulation to Title III of the Jumpstart our Business Startups (JOBS) act of 2012 passed by Congress and signed into law by President Obama. We estimate we will need 52 million dollars to complete all development to be ready to sell MegaTorq Hydrogen Engines to pursue the $270 BILLION market for hydrogen – fueled engines to drive generators in electrical power plants. Our secondary goal is to get our sales price substantially below the price of the LM2500. Several Wall Street gurus claim the best profits are for investors who acquire stock prior to the company’s IPO.

Continued Development

After the build and test of the Phase 1 Proof of Concept prototypes, the next 3 phases will be of less risk because the concept will have been proven and we will increase the size in three steps.

We believe we can develop a hydrogen-fueled rotary engine that produces 29,000 horsepower and emits ZERO carbon dioxide from burning hydrogen. The MegaTorq Hydrogen Engine will reduce carbon dioxide more than any other single project. We also believe that we can develop such a MegaTorq Hydrogen Engine that is far less expensive to procure and to maintain than gas turbine engines. We also believe we can capture a large portion of the $270 BILLION market.

We have a conceptual design of a Hydrogen-fueled Rotary Engine. In. Phase 1, we will build and test two proof of concept prototypes. Prototype 2 will include a cool-down section.

After the build and test of the Phase 1 Proof of Concept prototypes, the next 3 phases will be of less risk because the concept will have been proven and we will increase the size in three steps.

Phase 1 Eleven Months: For two proof of concept Prototypes with a planned budget for Phase 2.

With the concept proven with the prototypes, we will register our stock with the Securities Exchange Commission (SEC) and offer stock for sale on a certified intermediary crowd funding site.

Phase 2 Sixteen Months: Build and test a MegaTorq Hydrogen Engine of several hundred horsepower with a planned budget for Phase 3. Hire the Nashville engineering and architecture firm SSOE to design our manufacturing plant. (SSOE designed the one billion dollar Volkswagen Assembly Plant in Chattanooga Tennessee). We will contract with manufacturing companies to produce parts until our factory is completed.

Phase 3 Eighteen Months: Build and test a MegaTorq Hydrogen Engine of several thousand horsepower with a planned budget for Phase 4

Phase 4 Eighteen Months: Build and test a MegaTorq Hydrogen Engine of the size to produce 29,000 horsepower to replace gas turbines that produce 29,000 horsepower.
